The Challenge

As a high-growth company operating in a regulated industry, Vouch needed to increase productivity and to deliver even better service to their 6,000 clients. The leadership team saw AI as a lever for smarter, faster work, but prior attempts had fallen short. They faced two key hurdles:

  1. Adoption Gap: Many employees were unsure how to use AI meaningfully in their day-to-day work, and previously purchased AI software had low utilization. 

  2. Pace and Alignment: Vouch needed a secure, scalable rollout, and wanted to embed AI in a way that would stick and grow over time.

  1. Rapid Upskilling: ApplyAI delivered 9 custom sessions tailored to teams (AI 101/102, AI for Managers, Sales, CX, etc.). The goal of these sessions were both tactical skills and cultivating AI-native mindsets to help people keep pace with future tech evolution. All employees had access (60% joined live), and 95% gave top-2-box ratings when asked how useful the sessions were.

  2. Strategic Alignment: ApplyAI delivered 4+ hrs of leadership and L&D advisory to drive durable behavior change. Topics included rollout metrics and strategy, behavior change, talent pool evolution, and leadership alignment, all customized to Vouch’s context and priorities. 

  3. Sustainable Enablement: We partnered to create systems to sustain adoption velocity: including embedding AI goals into performance reviews and competencies, org-wide peer learning forums, and incentives recognizing AI innovation.
